Hamro Bikas Bank is 'B' Grade development bank in Nepal with total assets of Rs. 42 Crores at Chaitra end, 2069 and profit after tax of Rs. 51 lakhs for the quarter Chaitra 2069.The Bank has a network of four branches and is serving more than 9,000 customers. Its head quarter is located in Battar-3, Nuwakot, 65KM far from Kathmandu.
Hamro Bikas Bank offers a wide range of banking products and financial services to corporate and retail customers through its branches. The Bank currently has four branches namely Battar, Trisuli, Chhahare & Ratmate Branch. All branches are within the geographical boundaries of Nuwakot District.
The bank is having policy of collecting the money from local people and lending the same to local people.
This is derived from the philosophy that local community have first right to use resources collected from the local arena. The Bank is having policy to hire employee from local community to the extent possible.
Hamro Bikas Bank is currently conducting feasibility study at Samari, Deurali, Betrawati & Ranipauwa for further expansion of its branches. The bank is planning to expand its area of operation to Samari within this year.

Hamro Bikas Bank's equity shares are proposed to be listed in Nepal Stock Exchange. For the same, agreement has been done with Growmore Merchant Investment Banking.
